Ivanhoé Cambridge sells building in Paris

Ivanhoé Cambridge, the real estate subsidiary of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, has sold an office building in Paris to Tishman Speyer.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The building, Tour Pacific, is located within the La Défense district of Paris and has 570,000 square feet of office space. Its main tenant is financial services firm Société Générale.

Tishman Speyer is a privately held real estate firm based in New York City, where it owns properties such as the Chrysler Building, Rockefeller Center, and the MetLife Building. The company first entered the European market in 1988.
