Oxford Properties Group, the real estate division of OMERS, is developing a new office tower in downtown Toronto that will be the new home of TMX Group.
The 40-storey building, called the Ernst & Young Tower, is scheduled for completion by June 2017.
It will form part of Oxford’s Richmond-Adelaide Centre complex, which takes up one city block.
“As we have grown and diversified our organization, our efforts to integrate our acquisitions and optimize synergies have made clear the importance of a workspace that fosters innovation and teamwork,” says Michael Vivaldi, TMX’s vice-president of finance and administration.
