Jana Steele has left Goodmans and joined Osler as a partner in its pensions and benefits department.
Her most recent engagement was advising on the implementation of New Brunswick’s new shared risk plan legislation.
WIth more than 17 years of practice, Steele has worked on pension plan structure, governance, administration, compliance, investment, trustee obligations, surplus matters, plan conversions/mergers/transfers and windups.
She was called to the Ontario Bar in 1997 and the New Brunswick Bar in 2012 and specializes in pensions and employee benefits law.
