Morneau Shepell Inc. has acquired Dion, Durrell + Associates Inc.’s workers’ compensation business.
The tuck-in acquisition expands Morneau’s national workers’ compensation practice.
“It strengthens our organizational health solutions line of business, which consists of three core services, including attendance and disability management, occupational health services and workers’ compensation services,” says Zahid Salman, executive vice-president of Morneau Shepell who is responsible for the Ontario and Western Canada regions.
