Perea has more than 20 years of experience in the technology and financial services industries. She has distinguished herself through her strong sense of leadership, strategic thinking, communication skills and her member-first approach.

Perea has an executive master’s in business administration from McGill University. She is a certified project management professional and holds a bachelor’s degree in software engineering.
