The majority (81 per cent) of employees say they’re planning to change jobs within the next year, with nearly half (46 per cent) planning to do so within the next six months, according to a new survey by software company Leapsome.
The survey, which polled more than 375 employees and 375 human resources leaders across the U.S. and Europe, found roughly three-quarters of employees cited compensation and benefits packages (76 per cent) and work-life balance (74 per cent) as their reasons for seeking a new role. Notably, 20 per cent said a positive work-life balance and workplace culture are the main reasons they’re staying with their current employer.
