Hugh O'Reilly is an executive-in-residence at the Global Risk Institute, president and chief executive officer of Acuity Global, a senior fellow at the C.D. Howe Institute and the executive director of Innovate Cities. He's also the former president and chief executive officer of OPTrust, where he spearheaded the launch of a multi-employer defined benefit pension plan designed for not-for-profit organizations.
