Karen Vince has been the vice-president of CINUP, a division of Johnston Group, since 2012. In the role, the focus is on delivering group insurance and services that best fit the needs of Indigenous people across Canada. In delivering services to Indigenous communities and businesses, CINUP’s focus and purpose is to support and work as partners with Indigenous people.

Prior to joining CINUP, Vince spent almost 20 years leading operational teams on the investment side where she focused on operational excellence to better support the advisor and client experiences.

Outside of work, she’s happiest spending time at the lake and with her grandchildren.
