Joyce Wong has accumulated experience in several areas of health care over the span of her career. She has experience in community pharmacy, private health-care insurance and pharmacy benefits management. In her current role as the director of clinical services, drug plan management and drug database, she oversees the teams that are actively involved in the development and maintenance of clinical programs, formularies and the drug database at Express Scripts Canada. Additionally, Wong leads internal teams through the creation of the annual drug trends report and webinar.
