Iversoft is appointing Steph Barlow to the role of chief people officer.
Barlow joined the Ottawa-based organization in 2017 as people and culture specialist and she became its director of people and culture in 2018. In the new role, she’ll continue to drive Iversoft’s human resources and talent strategies, while championing diversity, equity and inclusion, according to a press release.
Barlow has led many DEI initiatives at Iversoft, including the elimination of gender-specific wording in job descriptions, the introduction of blind knowledge testing during hiring, the removal of education requirements from job descriptions and the introduction of a four-day workweek.
