Ranjit Sufi, managing director, institutional services, Aristotle Capital Management
Ranjit Sufi is a managing director of institutional services at Aristotle Capital. Prior to joining Aristotle Capital, he was an executive vice-president with Martin Currie, responsible for the North America marketplace. Prior to that, he was a managing director at Tradewinds Global Investors’ parent company Nuveen Investments, where he performed a similar role for the Nuveen affiliates. Before joining Nuveen, Sufi served as a managing director at Nicholas-Applegate Capital Management, LLC, leading the firm’s institutional client service, sales, marketing and consultant relations efforts globally. Previous to that role, he was a principal and senior client relationship officer with Barclays Global Investors, U.S. Institutional Group. His earlier experiences include serving as director of investment management with AirTouch Communications and as manager of corporate finance and capital markets with Pacific Telesis Group.
He earned his bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from California State University, Fresno and his master of business administration from Pepperdine University.
