Philippe Lagacé is a principal in the health and benefits practice at Mercer Marsh Benefits. He helps his clients navigate their benefits costs through a dynamic analysis of benefits plan levers, including plan design, funding arrangements, cost trends and emerging market conditions.

Lagacé has more than 26 years of experience in the industry. He has been part of MMB’s national legislative team since 2012 and has been the organization’s drug consulting leader for Canada since 2022. In this role, he’s responsible for developing drug strategies, creating tools, determining best practices and ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of MMB’s clients’ health-care plans.

Lagacé is a frequent speaker and contributor to both private market and pharmaceutical industry conferences and publications.
