Dr. Elizabeth Leroux, faculty lecturer, McGill University

Dr. Elizabeth LerouxDr. Elizabeth Leroux is a neurologist and headache specialist who currently practices at the Montreal Neurology Center. She completed her neurology training at the University of Montreal and her headache fellowship in Paris, France. Dr. Leroux directed the headache clinic at Centre Hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal from 2010 to 2016 as well as the headache assessment and management program at the University of Calgary from 2017 to 2019.

Dr. Leroux is past president of the Canadian Headache Society, the founder of Migraine Quebec and founder and Chair of Migraine Canada. She’s a faculty lecturer for McGill University’s neurology department and is a well known speaker for all audiences interested to hear about headache medicine and science.

Dr. Leroux is passionate about education and advocacy for headache disorders. Her particular interests include multidisciplinary and holistic approaches, impact of migraine in the workplace, vestibular migraine and cluster headache.
