PSP makes investment in New Zealand

The Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments) has made a NZ$1 billion ($943.5 million) real estate investment in New Zealand.

It has acquired 18 properties held in the AMP Capital Property Portfolio.

AMP Capital will continue to provide management services for the portfolio, which is comprised of commercial office, industrial, retail and development properties.

“AMP Capital is committed to continuing to maximise the portfolio’s value and performance for the new investors,” says AMP Capital Property Portfolio general manager Stephen Costley.
