Sofia Theodorou serves as chief human experience officer of Securian Canada. She’s responsible for building an inclusive and innovative employee experience that positions the company as a progressive employer of choice. She’s also responsible for enabling collaboration and execution of the strategic priorities of Securian Canada’s high-performing leadership team.

Theodorou’s 25-year career spans many sectors, including banking, telecom, retail, loyalty marketing and professional services. She’s led various culture transformations and has been recognized with multiple market awards. Her passion lies in building high-performing cultures, strategically scaling businesses and helping purpose-driven companies and communities flourish. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, scuba diving and anything seaside.
