2024 CAP Member Survey: How CAPs are supporting employee financial wellness amid growing economic uncertainty

According to this year’s CAP Member Survey, fewer than a third of Canadians say they have an excellent understanding of their workplace retirement savings plan (27%) and how to convert their savings into retirement income (21%).

The survey asked capital accumulation plan members about their retirement savings expectations and how they feel their employer-sponsored plans are performing amid economic volatility and the rising cost of living, as well as their knowledge of various decumulation products and plan features.
