Tim Herbinson has joined ENCON Group as vice-president, national sales leader in the company’s group and retiree benefits division.
He has more than 25 years in the benefits industry.
Most recently Herbinson was a senior account executive at Green Shield Canada for more than nine years.
Prior to that, he was an account executive at Manulife Financial.
