Jessica Sclafani is a global retirement strategist for the global retirement strategy team. The team leads an enterprise retirement strategy, advises on new product development and helps amplify the firm’s voice in retirement policy and thought leadership domains. Sclafani is responsible for authoring original thought leadership that’s designed to support the retirement objectives of retirement plan sponsors, consultants and intermediaries in the U.S. and around the world. She’s a vice-president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price Associates Inc.

Sclafani’s industry experience began in 2008 and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2022, beginning in the Americas division. Prior to this, she worked at Wellington Management Co. as an analyst and then Cerulli Associates as director of its retirement practice. She also worked at MFS Investment Management as a defined contribution strategist and director of its investment solutions group.

Sclafani has a bachelor of science from Boston College’s Morrissey College of Arts & Sciences. She also has the chartered alternative investment analyst designation. She was a chair of the editorial review board on the executive committee for the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association and now serves on its Retirement Research Center’s executive committee.
