Ski Day

All plan sponsor delegates are invited to join us the morning of Wednesday, April 23 for Ski Day at Lake Louise Ski Resort. Located in the heart of the magnificent Canadian Rockies, the legendary 4,275 skiable acres of world-class terrain speaks for itself, while Mother Nature does the rest. With beginner, intermediate and expert runs from every chair, the terrain allows groups of varying abilities to ski or snowboard and share the experience together.

A limited number of complimentary ski passes will be available for plan sponsor delegates. Accommodation for the night of April 22 will be covered and a breakfast voucher will be provided for the morning of April 23. Please indicate in your registration if you plan to participate in Ski Day. Equipment rentals and transportation to the ski hill are not included. However, there is a free roundtrip shuttle service from the hotel.
 

 
Pub Night

All delegates are invited to join us at Pub Night, which will take place at Alpine Social onsite at the Fairmont Lake Louise on Friday, April 25 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM. Accommodation for the night of April 25 is complimentary for all delegates who pre-register to attend Pub Night.
