Morneau Shepell has made additional enhancements to its My EAP app.
The just-released version of the app provides the following new features: service in Spanish, in addition to English and French; a redesigned look and layout; a financial wellness score assessment that helps users gauge their financial health and complements other tools that measure stress level and relationship quality; and a help section with frequently asked questions.
“Morneau Shepell is committed to ensuring that My EAP continues to meet the evolving needs of employees and their family members,” says Stephen Liptrap, executive vice-president for Morneau Shepell and general manager for Shepell. “As increasing numbers of users access My EAP, we learn more about what they’re looking for and how we can help.”
Since My EAP was introduced at the beginning of 2012, more than 100,000 people have downloaded the free app.
Over that period, more than 14,000 users seeking assistance identified the My EAP app as their referring source. In the last 16 months, almost 3,500 people were helped by accessing a professional service through the app.
