Simon Campagnoli has joined Xerox HR Consulting as its new Quebec market leader and director of retirement services.
He will work in the Montreal office and provide retirement and benefits consulting advice to clients across Quebec.
Campagnoli previously worked at Morneau Shepell. He also worked at Aon Hewitt and BNP Paribas earlier in his career.
He has extensive experience in leading overall pension accounts and client relationships; overseeing the funding and accounting actuarial valuations; monitoring governance, union negotiation impacts on clients’ plans and pension plan mergers; and managing plan design.
