Kenneth Cooke has joined Avalon Actuarial, a division of Willis Canada, as senior vice-president of its human capital practice.
He focuses on business development, specializing in group insurance benefits plan brokering and placement, strategic design and risk management, while also contributing to intellectual capital and process enhancements of the practice.
Cooke has 25 years of experience in consulting, the most recent 11 years with Towers Watson, as a senior consultant specializing in group benefits management and design for medium-size to large employers.
