Laurentian Bank CEO retiring

Laurentian Bank of Canada president and CEO Réjean Robitaille intends to retire as president and CEO, effective Nov. 1, 2015.

The process of finding a successor is currently underway.

“Under Réjean’s leadership, Laurentian Bank has had a remarkable growth and positioned itself as an important niche player in Canada,” says Isabelle Courville, Laurentian Bank’s board chair. “Réjean leaves us an important legacy, a solid bank and a talented team.”

“After thoughtful considerations, I came to the decision that it was the appropriate time to announce my retirement,” Robitaille says. “I look forward to supporting the board and my successor during the transition period to ensure the bank’s continued success in the future.”
