Questrade Wealth Management launched six exchange-traded funds (ETFs) on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
The six ETFs include four sector ETFs and two U.S. mid-cap ETFs, all based on Russell Indexes, and are hedged to the Canadian dollar (CAD).
“Our sector ETFs deliver the benefits of diversification with equal-weight strategies,” says Edward Kholodenko, president and CEO of Questrade Financial Group. “Our U.S. mid-cap ETFs are designed for exposure to growth and stability.”
Questrade’s new ETF offerings include the following:
- QRD – Questrade Russell 1000 Equal Weight US Consumer Discretionary Index ETF Hedged to CAD;
- QRH – Questrade Russell 1000 Equal Weight US Health Care Index ETF Hedged to CAD;
- QRI – Questrade Russell 1000 Equal Weight US Industrials Index ETF Hedged to CAD;
- QRT – Questrade Russell 1000 Equal Weight US Technology Index ETF Hedged to CAD;
- QMG – Questrade Russell US Midcap Growth Index ETF Hedged to CAD; and
- QMV – Questrade Russell US Midcap Value Index ETF Hedged to CAD.
Questrade has selected CIBC Mellon as asset servicing provider for the ETFs. CIBC Mellon will deliver custody, fund administration, ETF servicing and information-delivery services.
