Sentry ousts CIO

Sentry Investments has “decided to end its employment relationship” with chief investment officer (CIO) Dennis Mitchell.

He joined Sentry in 2005 and became CIO in February 2012.

Sandy McIntyre has stepped back into the role of CIO, a position he held from 2008 to 2012.

He’s also taking on lead management responsibility for Sentry’s global fund lineup.

McIntyre joined Sentry in 2000 and has 40 years’ experience in the financial services industry.
