P.E.I. seeks feedback on proposed workplace legislation

The Government of Prince Edward Island is accepting public comment on proposed workplace legislation relating to leave for the critical illness, death, or disappearance of a child.

The provincial legislation would reflect similar changes made by the Government of Canada, which would provide criteria for employment insurance (EI) eligibility in these cases.
