Fiera Properties Ltd., the real estate management investment firm and affiliate of Fiera Capital Corp., has appointed Peter Cuthbert, Blair McCreadie and William Secnik to its investment management team.
Peter Cuthbert, who has been with Fiera Properties since 2012, has been appointed chief operating officer, expanding his responsibilities to include the enhancement of the firm’s compliance, analytics and risk management systems. He was previously head of Canadian real estate investments at Standard Life Investments and vice-president of asset management for Canada at Standard Life.

Blair McCreadie has joined Fiera Properties as senior vice-president and fund manager. With 25 years of industry experience, he was previously a fund manager for Standard Life Investments.
William Secnik has been appointed vice-president of investments, where he will source and execute transactions for Fiera Properties’ investment funds. Secnik’s 20 years in the industry includes senior roles at Manulife Real Estate (formerly Standard Life Investments), First Capital Realty and Calloway REIT.
