Accompass hires three Hay Group consultants for executive compensation practice

Accompass Inc. has enlisted a trio of executive compensation consultants to expand the firm’s compensation services.

Anand Parsan, Paula Gimenez and Neil Swiggum from Korn Ferry Hay Group will be helping Accompass build an executive compensation practice. “At Accompass, we believe the big picture and the smallest detail hold equal importance,” said Michael Worb, founder and chief executive officer of Accompass, in a news release. “That is especially critical in the demanding area of executive compensation.”

The executive compensation team will address the various factors companies need to consider when compensating executives. “When it comes to questions like how to incentivize C-suite performance, cookie-cutter solutions often have unintended consequences,” said Anand Parsan, who will lead the newly branded executive compensation practice and brings more than 20 years of international experience in human resources.

The  new team members will join compensation consultants Steven Osiel and Angela Wai, who have been advising clients on broad-based and executive compensation since 2007.
