3M Canada is launching an online health benefits marketplace for its retiree population.
MyFuture, a new product from Morneau Shepell Ltd., allows retirees to compare insurance products from multiple providers to find the coverage that meets their lifestyle and needs. It also allows employers to contribute funds, which can then be used by employees to buy health products for retirement.

“At 3M, innovation is core to our values, and we see MyFuture as an innovative product that we’re excited to offer our employees moving into retirement,” said Jeff Finley, total rewards manager at 3M Canada, in a news release. “Through the combination of multiple insurance carriers and unique options … we believe MyFuture offers our employees choice and flexibility in choosing the right health and life insurance benefits for their retirement.”
