Ivanhoé Cambridge opens Edmonton airport outlet mall

Ivanhoé Cambridge’s premium outlet development at Edmonton International Airport has opened its doors to customers.

A joint project with the Simon Property Group, the shopping centre can house 100 retailers and six anchor tenants.

“We are thrilled to bring our premium shopping experience to the Edmonton International Airport and surrounding community,” said Claude Sirois, president of retail at Ivanhoé Cambridge, in a press release.

“The combination of value-focused retailers, all under one roof, and our signature array of guest services and amenities is sure to please value-seeking and fashion-conscious shoppers,” he added.

The shopping centre includes a market aimed at capturing the local flavour by featuring Edmonton producers, artisans and a specialty coffee shop. At 37,160 square meters, it houses retailers such as Designer Shoe Warehouse, Forever 21, H&M and an Old Navy Outlet.
