Great-West Life Assurance Co. has made three appointments to its executive team.
Karrina Dusablon has joined the company as vice-president of national accounts for its plan sponsor services division. Issa Guindo has been appointed assistant vice-president of group customer data and analytics. And Derrick March has been named vice-president of business development for the group customer practice, replacing Jeff Aarssen who is retiring on Sept. 1.

“Karrina joins us with more than 20 years of industry experience in the field of business development, client relationship and member experience,” said Roger Maguet, senior vice-president of plan sponsor services with Great-West Life’s group customer practice. “Her dynamic communication and inspiring leadership skills will serve her well in engaging clients, teams and colleagues across Canada.”
“In his role, Issa will assume leadership of the client and field support team which is responsible for providing group customer client analytics, and developing enhanced analytics for use throughout the business,” said George Turpie, senior vice-president of pricing and actuarial solutions with Great-West Life’s group customer practice.
