Canadian company BOSSC Inc. is launching a new version of its human resources management software, which aims to help employers manage employees from recruitment to off-boarding.
The new version includes location capability, integration with Fitbits and other features that appeal to all ages and levels of an organization’s workforce, according to a press release. The software also aims to help employers become paperless, as it images wet signatures and allows employees to fill out forms electronically and send information digitally.

“These types of transactions have become standard practice in other industries; now they’re available in this market space,” said Justin Tuitt-Campbell, founder of BOSSC, in the release.
According to the company, the software can also be used by insurance brokers, carriers and third-party administrators to stay current and navigate disruption in their industry.
“The digital revolution is changing traditional relationships between the carriers, brokers and third-party administrators, and reshaping the way the industry operates,” said Tuitt-Campbell. “We’re pleased to offer a solution to help them navigate the changing landscape at the same time as they satisfy their clients, increase efficiencies and expand their service offerings.”
