Mercer appoints Calgary wealth business leader

Mercer Canada has appointed Carole Field as wealth business leader in Calgary.

In the new role, she will focus on identifying and executing improvements to pension and other human resources programs in the province.

Field joins Mercer from ATCO Group, where she was most recently vice-president of HR. Over a decade at the utilities company, she also held the roles of vice-president of pension and benefits, senior director of pension and benefits and senior director of compensation and benefits. Previously, she was a retirement consultant at Mercer and an actuarial analyst at Great-West Life Assurance Co.
