OMERS Capital Partners announced it has acquired Give and Go Prepared Foods Corp. for an undisclosed sum.
Give and Go provides premium thaw-and-sell bakery products to retailers and food service operators across Canada, the United States, Mexico and the United Kingdom, including the well-known Two-Bite line of products.

Renaud, president and chief executive officer of OMERS Capital Partners (OCP). OCP manages private equity investments on behalf of OMERS, one of Canada’s largest pension plans with more than $50 billion in assets.
