ACS/Buck has been retained by Lafarge Canada to continue providing administration services for Lafarge’s defined benefit(DB)pension plans.

Under terms of the three-year contract, ACS/Buck will maintain a centralized database of all plan records, provide employee benefit statements and benefit calculations, process pension payments and assist with employee communication materials.

“By truly acting as an extension of our staff, ACS/Buck has improved the value of our retirement program for our employees,” says Tony Araujo, director, compensation and benefits, Lafarge Canada.

More than 6,000 active and retired employees participate in the 16 DB plans served by ACS/Buck.
