Willis Towers Watson is appointing Ofelia Isabel as its new market leader for Toronto.
In her new role, Isabel will be responsible for the company’s brand in the Greater Toronto Area, delivering client solutions and managing business operations and talent development.

These skills, in addition to her passion for driving results, make her the ideal person to lead the Toronto market.”

Since joining Willis Towers Watson in 2001, Isabel led the company’s rewards, talent and communications business across Canada and the Midwestern U.S., its Canadian defined contribution business and its Canadian client management function. In addition to her new responsibilities, she’s also the organization’s diversity and inclusion leader for Canada.
