Employees will also have the option to use vacation before it’s accrued and carry over one week of vacation into the new year.The agreement also includes wage increases of six to 13 per cent over the three-year term, as well as increases for years of service and $1,000 lump-sum payments each year.Read: Stellantis, Unifor agreement includes pension and retirement gains
