Hub acquiring benefits, HR consultancies in Alberta, Quebec

Hub International Ltd. is acquiring Montreal-based CGC Consultants Inc.

CGC is an advisory firm that specializes in human resources strategy, recruitment, pay equity, global compensation, governance and communication, according to a press release, which noted Claudio Gardonio, managing partner at CGC, will join Hub Quebec.

Hub is also acquiring Alberta-based employee benefits firm the Musgrave Group, as well as independent benefits brokerage firm JRP Financial Services Inc. Employees at both firms will join Hub Prairies.
