The benefits and pension industry isn’t one of major change. While there are small, incremental changes to products, delivery and best practices, this industry isn’t one of monumental modification. But Peter Sheahan, founder and CEO of Changelabs, says the industry is due.

He says change doesn’t need to come at a huge expense or with a lot of red tape. Changing how people behave could be the shake up that the industry needs.
“We need to spend as much time thinking about how we change people’s behaviour as we do about how we invest our money,” he says.
