Plan sponsors in Canada are still wary about liability-driven investing strategies according to some delegates at the 2011 Risk Management Conference which was held recently in Muskoka Ontario. I sat down with Derek Dobson, CEO of the CAAT Pension Plan and CIR board member John Ilkiw to ask them why LDI has been a tough sell in some areas of the pension industry.
