Kourtnee Plume is an HR leader with more than 20 years of experience. Throughout her career, she’s had a passion for leadership and finding ways to partner with the business to support people in being engaged, healthy and excited to come to work every day. She has experience working in various industries, including: oil and gas; engineering, procurement and construction; telecommunications and utilities. Plume has a broad HR background, working within — or leading most functions within — HR over the course of her career. In addition to a bachelor of management degree from the University of Lethbridge, she’s a Canadian professional of HR and holds a certificate in labour relations from the University of Saskatchewan. In her current role at Fluor Canada, she leads the Canadian HR team. On the personal side, she loves to spend time with her family — camping, hiking and just hanging out. She’s the proud mother of a 17-year-old daughter and has two very active dogs (Winston and Willow) who keep her and her husband very busy.
