As vice-president of HR, global retirement, benefits and well-being, Susy Michor leads a team of specialized HR professionals responsible for the development of the bank’s retirement, benefits and well-being strategies, plan designs, programs and policies, while also ensuring strong oversight and governance globally at TD.

Michor brings more than 25 years of HR experience to the role, with a career based on progressive senior roles in retail, insurance and financial services organizations. Since joining TD in 2005, she has led a number of HR teams responsible for providing the full range of HR support, including the development and delivery of people strategies and programs, as well as supporting the employee experience and talent management within TD Insurance, business banking, risk management, finance, treasury, corporate development, audit and enterprise real estate. Michor is known for her ability to build strong partnerships with the business to achieve results. She’s passionate about leading teams, driving measurable benefit, developing people and colleague experience.
