Kelly Dawson is currently a global lead of wellness and leaves at Shopify, with responsibility for the global leaves and time-away-from-work strategies, as well as the Canadian benefits strategy. Dawson has more than 12 years’ experience in the industry and, during her more than six years at Shopify, she has focused on creating programs that can scale while offering maximum agency to enable employee health and well-being.
