Lancelot (Lance) Lambert is currently regional vice-president of Ontario and Atlantic business development for group insurance at Desjardins. With more than 20 years of experience in the group benefits industry spanning underwriting, sales and service, his expertise and dedication has made him a valuable resource to colleagues, advisors, plan sponsors and their employees. Since joining Desjardins in 2020, Lambert has played a key role in the expansion of the firm’s group benefits strategy across Ontario, assisting in Desjardins’ modernization strategy and promoting the ‘One Desjardins’ culture. He lives in Toronto and holds a bachelor of science in accounting and economics.
