Paul Henricks is associate director, data innovation and insights at PDCI Market Access, a division of McKesson Canada. PDCI tools and strategic consulting services serve Canada’s pharmaceutical manufacturers, providing key insights into Canadian pharmaceutical reimbursement.
Henricks brings more than 30 years of industry experience, including roles in market access, strategic planning and business development. This cross-functional expertise is foundational to the advice he provides PDCI clients and to the innovative reimbursement solutions he leads across private and public drug markets. He was instrumental in the development and launch of PDCI’s Market Access Toolkit, a suite of services supporting drug launch decision-making and market access strategies for the biopharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining PDCI in 2016, Henricks spent 12 years at Bayer Healthcare in strategic planning and market access roles. His cross-functional expertise includes market research, forecasting, health economics and strategic planning and his experience covers a broad range of therapeutic areas.
