Brent Perdue has worked in total rewards for nearly 30 years, beginning his career at a major DB pension plan firm in Toronto. Purdue spent seven years in the consulting realm in Calgary, before shifting to the client side, managing local and international pension, benefits and compensation programs at several global organizations. He is currently the senior manager of pension and benefits at ATCO Inc. based in Calgary, overseeing numerous programs – including a pair of Canadian DC pension plans – spanning more than a dozen industries operating across 27 enterprises in 8 countries on 4 continents.
