With over 10 years of experience in strategy, technical service delivery and digital transformation, John Bradley is passionate about designing and implementing innovative business solutions that create value for customers, stakeholders and employees. As the director of emerging technologies at Fidelity Investments, he leads the product development of emerging technologies, such as AI and automation, while steering business innovation programs across the organization.

Bradley has an master of business administration from the University of Toronto and is admitted to the University of Toronto law school for a masters in law specializing in technology.
