Roman Kosarenko is a senior director of pension investments at Loblaw Companies Limited, overseeing DB and DC investments of a business group that is the largest private employer in Canada. He is a board member of the Pension Investment Association of Canada and served on the FSRA/OSFI technical advisory committee for the review of DC plans.

Kosarenko has been in the pension industry since 2004. He is a chartered financial analyst charterholder and holds a master of business administration degree from London Business School (UK). He has been an active advocate for DC longevity pooling solutions and as written many LinkedIn articles on pension issues.
