Kelly Peters, behavioural economics leader, partner, Deloitte
Kelly Peters is a trailblazer in behavioural economics, known for founding a leading consultancy and creating the behavioural economics method in 2009. She’s now a partner and behavioural economics leader at Deloitte. With deep expertise in both theoretical and practical aspects, she has successfully led more than 350 projects for top organizations worldwide. Her extensive work is widely published, and she has shared her insights as a lecturer and faculty advisor at several universities. Peters also has more than a decade of experience leading strategy and innovation in the banking sector and was a pioneer in the early dot-com era. She studied philosophy with a focus on technology's impact on society before earning her master’s of business administration from Dalhousie University. She’s dedicated to fostering a culture of scientific thinking and evidence-based decision-making. Her goal is to inspire individuals and organizations to use behavioural science to tackle complex challenges and improve societal outcomes.
