Katherine Judge, director, senior economist, capital markets, CIBC

Katherine Judge is a senior economist at CIBC, having joined the economics group in 2018. She forecasts and provides insightful commentary on economic data from both North American and global perspectives. She regularly publishes analyses on a wide range of topics that impact financial markets including the outlook for interest rates, inflation, labour markets and GDP growth.

Prior to joining CIBC, Judge worked in a similar role at another major Canadian bank where she produced topical research on Canada and the U. S.. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from McGill University and a master’s degree in economics from Queen’s University.
